Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED — [FILL: launch date] · Zero6 Technology Inc.
Zero6 Technology Inc. ("Zero6", "we", "us") is a Canadian company based in Woodstock, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. Nothing else — we deliberately don't ask for phone numbers or company profiles.
- Consultation bookings: if you book time with us, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and chosen time.
- Program materials: if you request the education program overview, we collect your email to send it. We use express, double opt-in consent for any follow-up email, per Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes a working unsubscribe link.
- Analytics: we use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that do not collect or store personal information and do not track you across sites.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies on this site.
- We do not send marketing email without express consent.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, hold the meeting you booked, send materials you asked for, and operate and secure this website. That's the list. If we ever want to use your information for something new, we'll ask first.
AI processing
Some of our internal tooling uses AI services. Personal information is stripped from content before any AI processing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site — hosting, scheduling, email delivery, and analytics. Each processes only what's needed for its function. Some providers may store data outside Canada; where they do, it remains protected by contract and by the provider's published safeguards.
Retention
We keep contact and booking information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@zero-6.com — a person reads it, and we respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
Accountability
Our privacy officer is responsible for compliance with this policy. Questions go to info@zero-6.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes get a plain-language note here, not silent edits.
