Company
Engineers who ship their own products.
Why that matters when you hire one.
The story
We eat our own cooking.
Most firms that sell AI have never run anything on it. Zero6 started the other way around: building and operating our own products first — a roofing lead system, a car-buying assistant, a deep-work platform — and only then offering the discipline to clients. When our follow-up automation breaks, our revenue breaks. That's a quality bar no slide deck can fake.
We're based in Woodstock, Ontario, and we build for the businesses the big consultancies fly over: trades, clinics, shops, firms — and the schools training the people who'll work in them. Canadian SMEs and educators don't need an innovation lab. They need a system that answers the phone, moves the quote, and doesn't forget.
The education work runs deepest: a government-supported, bilingual AI fluency program for teachers, running in classrooms now. Teaching people to use AI honestly is the same discipline as building systems that use it honestly.
Operating principles
Five rules. No posters.
- 01Scope to one number. If we can't name the metric, we don't start.
- 02Ship weekly, prove monthly. Increments you can use, never a reveal at month six.
- 03Say the true thing. Our case studies publish the lessons, including the ones that sting.
- 04Eat the cooking. We run our own products on the same stack we sell.
- 05The client owns everything. Code, data, accounts. We operate; we don't hold hostage.
