AI systems for Canadian shops and plants.
RFQs quoted while they're hot, status calls that answer themselves, and month-end numbers that assemble on their own.
Sound familiar?
Your floor runs fine. It's everything around it that leaks.
RFQs wait for the estimator.
The quote request sits in an inbox while your best estimator is on the floor solving today's problem. By Friday, the buyer's moved on.
“Where's my order?”
Status calls pull people off production to answer questions the system already knows the answer to.
Reporting by hand.
Jobs, margins, and throughput assembled from three systems and a whiteboard — two days of copy-paste, every month.
The system we build
One orange line from RFQ to report.
The pattern that wins trades work — answer fast, quote fast, follow up always — wins RFQs the same way.
- 01 · RFQ IN
Every request captured
Email, portal, and phone requests land in one queue with a clock on them.
- 02 · SPEC EXTRACT
Drawings and specs parsed
Quantities, materials, and tolerances pulled into a structured brief for your estimator.
- 03 · QUOTE
Draft moving in hours
Estimator reviews and prices; the document, delivery, and follow-up handle themselves.
- 04 · STATUS COMMS
Customers answered automatically
Order status pushed proactively — the phone stops ringing about it.
- 05 · DASHBOARD
Month end, already done
Jobs, win rates, and margins assembled continuously, not heroically.
INTEGRATES — alongside your ERP and shop software · deeper wiring optional
Estimators price. The system does everything around the pricing.
We haven't built for a plant yet. Here's the nearest system we run.
QuoteRadar — our own lead-and-quote platform, live in Ontario — runs the exact capture-qualify-quote-follow-up pipeline above, on our own revenue. The vocabulary changes from roofs to RFQs; the system doesn't. We'd rather show you a real deployment in a neighbouring trade than an invented case study in yours.

Fair questions.
We're a small shop — is this overkill?
The system scales down. Most builds start with one workflow — usually RFQ capture and quote follow-up — and grow only if the number moves.
Will it work with our ERP?
It runs alongside what you have. Integration depth is scoped case by case, and never required to start.
Can it actually read drawings?
It extracts what's reliably extractable — quantities, materials, callouts — and flags what needs human eyes. Your estimator's judgment stays the judgment; the system kills the retyping around it.
What does it cost?
Fixed-fee discovery first, then a build scoped in writing to one number — quote turnaround is the usual pick. No hourly meters.
Quote them before your competitor reads the email.
